1. nice men are ugly
2. hansome men are not nice
3. handsome & nice men are gay
4. handsome, nice & hetero man are married
5. men who aren't so handsome, but are nice, hav no money
6. men who aren't so handsome, but nice & with money think girls are only after their money
7. handsome men w/o money are after the girl's money
8. handsome men, who aren't so nice & somewhat hetero, don't think the girl is enough
